While reporting on percentages and bar graphs of SVR results is the common way to express success of HCV programs. Kombi Clinic wanted to document the true individual meaning of HCV cure for our patients. From our work, we know that HCV cure is more than a statistic or pathology result…. It’s a life changing moment !
With this in mind, Kombi Clinic gave single use cameras to our patients so that they could document their journey of HCV treatment and cure, showing what it means to them. We asked the patients the question “What does HCV cure look like to you?” These images are just a selection of the results.
